Business License

I am working in Furniture Showroom in United Arab Emirates. When i joined this company as an accountant, i found that the Business License was entered as Asset with 100,000. Now I have more than one year in this company. But i am confused that what should i do for this business license because now we have paid again the license renewal fees which was 9,000 only.

Sounds like the 9,000 is the charge to extend the license rather than it being a completely new license. The finer detail will be in the original licensing agreement (assuming such a thing exists), so you should start with that.
