Hi All,

I have what I believe should be a relatively simple tax question for tax professionals. Can you tell me if I am able to contribute to a 2016 non-deductable IRA if I already filed my 2016 taxes? If not, is it easy to make this contribution and update my taxes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brad

not too hard to file a 1040-X, amended return. if it is non-deductible, then the figures should come out the same and you just note why you filed the return. File a form 8606 with it.
