Like I'm not sure what you're asking.
When you're issued a paystub can you change it? Why? To show a lender to get a loan? That's credit fraud.
To change your payroll for the year? Changing the stub will do nothing. It's the check and the payroll tax forms that dictate how much you were paid.
Are you asking can you amend your form 940/941 and do an amended payroll? Sure, we do that all the time.
But changing a stub does nothing... other than potentially inducing a lender to extend credit. Which would be fraud.
