Hi! I filed my 2022 taxes as a resident alien of USA. I had a capital loss carryover in that year. I moved out of USA in 2022. I'm not a USA citizen or green card holder? Now, for 2023, I'm filing taxes as a non resident alien as I had USA income from dividend. Can I use capital loss carryover from last year to offset dividend income? If yes, how that will work. If no, where else can I use this capital loss carryover?
