UK Caseware - Locked

At the foot of a Window headed "Accounts Preparation Table" is line showing the word LOCKED near the right hand side.
(See image).
I cannot find a way of unlocking it.
I cannot move on without doing so.
This in Windows10 if that makes a difference.

Judging from the header, this appears to be a limited engagement scope, and procedures customary to an expanded scope were locked by the admin most likely during the "Audit Optimizer" process.
