Do I have to file Schedule k-1 if I bought options on UNG?

I received Schedule k-1 from United States Natural Gas Fund.

However, all I did was buy some call options on UNG that eventually expired.
Never owned any shares of it.

Do I have to file Schedule k-1 in this case?

Not sure what your question is

K-1 is a form to you. You don't file it but you have to report the numbers from your K-1. If there are no income items on it, then nothing to do. Probably too late since past 4/15. I'm sure you figured it out.
