Ex. J-1 Visa - can I still use my bank account? under which conditions?

Hi,

I have a big dilemma and I can't seem to find an answer for it.

Background info:
- both in 2009 and 2011 I was on a J-1 Visa for about 3 months in the US. I paid all the taxes, I submitted for refund, everything is good (or I hope so).
- when I left the US in 2011 I kept my bank account opened and it still is.

Question:
Is there any problem if I fund that account and use the money for payments I need to do in the US? (paying online services, transfer to my brokerage account, etc.) By problem, I mean if I need to file anything to IRS. The funding might come from:
1) international wire transfer from a foreign bank account on my name
2) international wire transfer from a foreign bank account on a 3rd party's name
3) domestic wire transfer from a 3rd party's bank account, for services I did while in my home country (Romania). That is, I worked online for an US 3rd party.

Thank you so much,
Alex
