Australia Friend wants to give me cash to pay them

Hi guys, I have a friend who has asked me to pay them a wage- he will give me say $1000 a week cash which I put through my business as if it was collected from normal cash takings, he then wants me to deduct the super and payg and pay him the balance. My question- wouldn't I lose money through this, as I have to pay $90.91 gst on these 'takings', but am receiving no input tax credit- to not lose, wouldn't I have to withhold $90.91 from him also?
