USA Help - JE for Asset Purchase with Cash & Stocks

Company purchased XYZ company for $25k and 75,000 shares common stock (par value $0.001).

Can anyone tell me how to record this to the ledger?

There needs to be another part of this transaction like the assets / liabilities of xyz company or if good will is generated. Also the price of the stock is needed.
