I sell products on my website dirtyracingandrods.com, and on ebay.com also.
I sell aftermarket automotive parts.
Sometimes I am paid with cash, creditcard (authorize.net), or paypal.com.
I use a program stamps.com to ship my merchandise.

I have fees from all of the above websites.

What would be the best way to record transaction fees, and website subscription fees, and shipping fees?

I intend to write-off as much as possible, probably as advertisement?

Couldn't you just include each of these fees as separate line items in your Operating Expenses. That way you can monitor each one for variances, so if any of the fees or subscription costs go up or down, you'll see it. Everything you want to write off goes into Operating Expenses to get your Net Profit.

Does that help?
