Hi,
First I thought I would introduce myself.
I’m in need of accounting services to go along with a new business. I’m also in need of a small or medium sized business with a solid management team and employees in place. Prefer not to acquire a restaurant because I have no idea how the restaurant industry works.
Background in technology and business processes. I’ve been exposed to many, many industries so most I’m already familiar with.
If you have any clients that are considering selling, retiring, etc, please let me know. Northeast USA preferred.
I am not a broker. I’m the principal buyer.
