UK Hi there, little accounting problem i'm struggling with.

Hey guys,
I just have a little accounting problem that is driving me nuts and hopefully someone can help me out with this!
What I've gotten to so far is find the unknown variable as 1967.

4000*2*0.9+3000*2.5*0.9= 13950
13950+1.5*X*0.9=(18450-450)
1.35X=4050
X=3000

4000*2*0.9+3000*1.5*0.9+300=11550
The a) is the correct answer.
