Can any one provide me with some information on how an investor(individual/group/company) need to do at beginning to buy shares at public listed company?
To whom an investor need to deal when he/she want to buy the shares?

You can buy them through a stock broker. There's tons and tons of them out there.

I googled for stock brokers and this was the first result:
