How to file CA 540X (or CA 540) with net premium tax credit (8962)?

Hello,

I've completed 1040X to amend the missing form 8962 - Premium Tax Credit (PTC).

I need help on figuring out what credit or what line(s) on CA 540X that I need to fill out with the credit that being reported on 1040X. Knowing how to fill out the PTC on the CA 540 would help me figuring out what's on the CA 540X.

I've gone through the Credit Chart on page 24 in the booklet below, but I can't seem to find a credit that fits the Premium Tax Credit.

I was given the following answer at Yahoo Answer:

"California does not have a Premium Tax Credit. This is only a federal tax credit. You should not need to amend your 540. "
