The purpose of this post is to hear from someone who is a on 1099 or a business owner and how he or she is ordered to pay child support.
I am a 1099 and I am a business owner and yet the court issued a wage garnishment order and a set amount of monthly payment based on how much I was making without taking in consideration business expenses.
If you have a similar situation, how are you showing your income and how are you paying child support?
