Is Schedule D needed if I exercise NQSO at market value?

Hi,
I early-exercised unvested non-qualified stock options in my company immediately upon the grant of the options. Thus, there was no difference between the exercise price and the market value of the stock at the time of exercise. I have filed an 83(b) election with IRS. Do I have to fill out Schedule D? (I know that normally I have to on exercise of NQSO's, but in this case, there was no gains or losses.) Also, am I eligible to use form 1040EZ? Also, am I eligible to e-file/freefile?
Thanks!
