Hello there, I just want to ask for help. We are currently decorating an office we bought and we hired an interior designer for the job. He also did the schematic design and I get it that it should be added to value of the asset. Apart from that we are paying monthly professional fee for supervising until the fit outs is completed. Now my question is should the professional fee we are paying him monthly be added to the total value of the the office?
