Could somebody please explain how to use the present value of annuity tables in relation to leases? In specific, how to calculate lease payments?

It is already explained in accounting books (and takes way too long to do so here)- usually you will find the general use of those tables in an Advanced Accounting book. For the lease side the handbooks that come with financial calculators usually walk you through this and you can find those online.
