Need Feedback on a Payroll Card

Hello everyone I am new to this forum and I am crossing my fingers that you can provide me with some feedback. Today I was approached by a company to switch my payroll over to a prepaid payroll card, claiming to save money and time. This isn't the first time I have heard of these prepaid payroll cards, however it is the first time that a company has peaked my interest. Does anyone have any experience using these cards for their payroll to replace direct deposit and paper checks? If so, how do you/your employees like them? Was it a difficult process to switch over? Are they truly saving you time and money? Do you have any suggestions on information I should get first before switching over if that is what I decide? Any feedback would be a huge help, thank you in advance.
