USA Out of State Tax Preparer?

I recently moved from California to South Dakota..late in 2015. This year I'm still using my CA preparer. He's a CPA and very good and I like using him. South Dakota has no state income tax...California does. Is there any problem with continuing to use him even though I live in S.D.?

Nah, none. We have a few clients and kids of clients that live out of state that have us do their taxes. So long as he knows any quirks South Dakota may have, such as some no-tax states still wanting to tax dividends, all's good.
