QuickBooks accountant's Copy issue

Here is one thought on what might be causing this issue:
The issue may be related to the folder where the company file is stored.
  • Browse to the folder where the QuickBooks file is stored.
  • Right click on the file and select sharing and security. (Security might be found under properties)
  • Select permission.
  • Give the account Change and Read permissions.
  • After this try to create an accountant’s copy. Make sure that you don’t have any strange characters in your file path. Only use letters in your company name, avoid characters.
