I'm finding that customer support is abysmal for this product, I bought the software figuring it would be like the support for HCSS Heavybid or at least close but after a 50min wait on the phone to speak with someone who didn't have a clue what they were talking about I've since adjusted my expectations
Thankfully internet forums exist;
Anyways, my question is the following. I just got done downloading my accounts into Quicken, setting up my budget and its all very nicely presented. However what I can't figure out how to do is set any sort of goals relating to saving. I've seen some articles for previous versions (Quicken Savings Goals Tutorial | How to Set Up and Use Savings Goals in Quicken Personal Finance Software) but I cant find anything for 2012. I would like to set up something like "I want 10,000 saved in 12 months" and then tracking for progress, etc.
