Quicken 2013 How to copy/move cash transactions to a bank account

I am new to this forum and I did look but didn't see this question. I have Quicken 2013. I can no longer download bank transactions. I read "somewhere" where you could move those downloaded transactions into a cash account and then copy them all via copy & shift key the ones I need and paste them into your checking account. I did that most of this year. Now when I try I can copy but the paste option is not available. Does anyone know a work around for this? Of course this is year end and it doesn't work.
