I just got off the phone with Quicken support. I created an incident 10 days ago. I've been a loyal user of Microsoft Money for many years, but they are discontinuing it and I'm forced to got to Quicken, which I purchased here at Amazon.

When I went to sign up for Quicken Online Bill Pay on the Quicken web site, I got to page where I have to fill in all of my sensitive information, including all my banking details that allow for an online transaction. I get a message that the security certifice expired in 2009!

So 10 days later and they have not fixed their security hole, and have not followed up with me in any way.

I also use Quickbooks for my busiess, and we do online banking. I'm getting concerned about using software for financial transactions that is provided by a company that doesn't take security seriously.

When I told that to the support agent, he told me that an invalid secrurity certifcate doesn't mean the website has security problems, it just means that I (the user) can't verify the site is the site I want. (!!!) Again, this is on the page that is asking for my SSN, and all my banking information.

I'm left speachless!
