Quicken woes

I am using Quicken 2007. Vanguard has transferred all my shares from one mutual fund to another (with no tax implications). I am having the toughest time recording this. I even tried creating a Fictitious Bank, moving sale proceeds into it and using it to buy the new fund. I succeeded except that Quicken reduced the market value of the new fund substantially.

Please help.
