EBITDA=Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization. Nowadays, seemingly 95% of the time, it represents one of the most worthless, probably biased, financial ratios in existence, but that is a different rant...

PAT=Profit After Tax, which smells a lot like Net Income (I never used this term).

And, just for clarification, are you asking what the formulaic EBITDA/PAT means?
