returning to accountancy..

I wonder if anyone can give me some sensible advice

I trained as an chartered accountant in London and then worked in corporate finance before setting up a mail order business some 15 years ago. I want to sell this and return to the profession but I'm pretty rusty.

What might be the best way of getting back?
