UK Sage 50 Workbooks startup wizard - accounts office reference wrong

I'm using Sage 50 Workbooks, and am on the startup wizard. It's giving me an error message to say that the accounts office reference is wrong. I've seen the guidance on http://ask.sage.co.uk/scripts/ask.cfg/php.exe/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=34581, but this isn't solving the problem (and, in fact, the information on that page is the same as the information in the book...). Does anyone have any more up-to-date information?
