South Africa start up cost

I am new member I would like some body explain to me how treatment of made of start up cost

I'm not as up-to-date on IFRS as I could be but here in the US, generally accepted accounting principles specify that they are expensed as incurred. Startup costs are costs incurred to organize a new business, introduce a new product, or open a new branch, for example.
