Why would a establishment open a suspense account in a customers name?
Why would that customer not find out about it until checking for unclaimed property turned over to the state?
This claim is for more than 10,000 dollars if it were a error it wouldn’t have made it through the years the establishment would have to hold it before being released to the state without being corrected?
