USA Tax Attributes in Bankruptcy

I had a Chapter 7 discharge in 2022. My BK is still open will not be closed/final until 2023. I have tax attributes from previous years. My understanding is that whatever tax attributes I do not use in 2022 then I will lose to my BK. My questions are: 1) Does the fact that my BK will not be closed until 2023 mean that I get to carry my tax attributes into 2023? and 2) If I continue to use my tax attributes, would the IRS even know that I filed BK?
