USA US ITIN

Hello Accountants,

I have a query regarding paypal.
I live outside the US.
I have US PayPal account. Now, the issue is, I was sent some funds over $600.

PayPal requested for tax ID.
I don't have it.

How can I solve the problem, I don't live in the US.
