Advice please:
I am researching an opportunity importing furniture from a Romanian supplier, the companies head office is in the USA. Goods will be shipped direct from Romania and the sellers details on the invoice will be the company details of the USA head office. Place of loading will be clearly identified as Romania as will delivery notes/packing lists.
Do EC vat rules apply ?
