I have recently started a business and I am VAT registered. I have incurred a number of costs in setting the business up but I haven't yet started invoicing, so can I reclaim VAT on business purchased items even though I haven't started invoicing yet? And do I need to complete a quarterly VAT return even though I haven't started invoicing yet?
