USA 401k transfer to wrong account

Hi there, tough situation I am in. I had a 401k from a previous employer that I left. I setup an IRA at TDAMERITRADE because I had an individual account with already and transferred those dollars. Come to find out they went to my individual account. This occurred in 2015. I was starting a new job and having a baby so I just found that out today. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you and any help is appreciated!

You might qualify for an automatic waiver of the 60-day deadline if you can convince the Internal Revenue Service that you were not at fault. However, there are certain terms and conditions to qualify for an automatic transfer.
