I have been wanting to confirm the same thing aswell if someone can help please? It would make sense they're in 2010 because it would be too late to include them for 2009.

I think the auditing fee should be accrued in 2009 F/S; but if you didn't make an accural in 09, it should be OK to book in 2010 as long as the amount is NOT that huge.
