India Calculate cash budget

Hi
I am an MBA student and I am doing analysis of a fititious company. I need to create cash budget. but the opening balance from previous month has not been given. But instead i have balance sheet. Now how do I calculate the opening balance previous year balance sheet. Below is my balance sheet. Now please guide me how to get the closing balance from this. Is it retained earnings or the cash and cash equivalent.

No way. You would need a proforma income statement in order to forecast future cash. And you don't have that. You also don't have, as you pointed out, the previous cash balance. Not enough info here to do anything with it.
