can sole proprietary company hire full time or part time staff in ontario, if yes, any limitation other than filing tax requirement (T4/EI etc.). Thanks.

Why couldn't a sole proprietorship hire staff? Sole proprietorship normally means "one owner", not "one employee". As long as you're not giving the staff an ownership share of the company, either in stock or as a partnership share, it would still be a sole proprietorship, wouldn't it?
