UK Can VAT be reclaimed on Booking.com commissions charged in the United Kingdom

I have a client Hotel business, he pays Booking.com commission, the invoice from Booking.com has a UK VAT number but no VAT is shown separately. What is the correct treatment, can I assume 20% VAT has been charged?
