We have a Pty Ltd Company which has been trading for few years now and we decide to split the business into different businesses names and I need help with the accounting side of it.
So, Company One has been trading hiring equipments A, B and C. Now we registered two different businesses names under the Company One name.
Business A will now hire only equipment A
Business B will now hire only equipment B
The bookkeeping is done in Myob. Should I have separate file in Myob for each business ??
How do I transfer/split the company assets to each individual business ??
