Hi,
I am living in US for more than 5 years as a student and in 2009 I got married. My wife arrived here in US in Jan. 2010 and since then living with me for whole 2010.
Now I am going to file for w-7 with my 2010 tax return 1040EZ
I read the w-7 instructions and I found that the address to send all docs is slightly different than mailing address of 1040 (from its instructions).
I am not sure where to send all the docs. Please help.
Also do I need to mail everything with special care (like registered with return receipt, etc)?
