USA Does a Trust Admin Fee Reduce Interest on 1041 K1's to Beneficiaries?

Every year the trust pays a fee to the administrator. Also, interest is earned by the trust and is distributed to the beneficiaries. I am wondering if the Admin fee should offset the interest? .
