USA eFiling through FIRE

I have a few information returns to submit to the IRS now that the minimum is 10. I signed up for a TCC number, and I am ready to submit. However, I am having an issue with finding a way to covert my file to the correct ASCII format required by the IRS. Does anyone have a solution to do this without having to go through a third party?

You could always do it by hand. ASCII is just a text file.
