Financial liability as at “fair value through profit or loss” (FVTPL)

Hi, I understand that we could recognise Financial liability as FVPL on the basis of " accounting mismatch". Is it possible is the financial assets is recognised at FVOCI, and the relating financial liability is fair value at FVPL instead?
