UK European VAT experience wanted

Hello,

I am looking for someone who might have European VAT experience or more specifically to deal with European VAT with Aviation fuel sales and a problem i am having with VAT. Not sure if this is the right forum or not but if anyone is interested in some part time work on this subject please PM to discuss.
