Hi all
Assuming this is the uk forum.
I logged into my online Hmrc account as I need to do the self assessment. It shows me a credit (titled Business Tax account) which is quite a large number but doesn’t say if it’s down to overpaid tax. I may have overpaid tax in the past but this is probably three times more than I was expecting. Not going to complain. Could they have made a mistake? If so can they request it back in x amount of period. Thanks
