UK how to enter total sales figures in xero without proper sale invoice

hi there, i m Archana! recently joined accountancy form and working on xero software. we have so many clients who send total hand written sales figures pic through hubdoc; how can i process that figure in xero without having proper sales invoices??? thanks

You should ask them to produce actual invoice. This is not proper record keeping and this could lead to further issues down the line. Best solution is to press them to come up with any form of invoice that looks legit.
