Just been having an 'interesting' chat with one of my clients about the Tories possibly abolishing IR35 and wanted some feedback.

Here's some IR35 info for anyone not familiar with this.
But it's basically to stop contractors working for their old employers to save their employers money and make earn more income in the process.

My client was asking me about making all his staff contractors if IR35 got scrapped.
It was then implied that he'd wouldn't pay them better wages and he'd be able to take all their employee benefits away.

So while he could do this, I feel there's a very moral dilemma

What are your thoughts?

Without the agreement of his current staff, that idea would not go very far!
