Import duty as GRN

Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I am new here.

Anyways...

I have a concern on how to assure for goods received. On regular basis you can know that the company has received goods by inspecting Goods Received Note(GRN). My question is on rare cases the company has received goods from abroad and there is no GRN can Import Duty Payment notice be used as GRN.

mm… Isn't there an invoice about the products? or was it a gift?

Is there at least an e-mail about the delivery of the goods?
