Major Accoutning Project! CVP Analysis!

Hello I am having trouble figuring out the fixed costs and variable costs per unit of this problem....

Dinner: $26.00 per person
Appetizers: $1.50 per person
Cash Bar: $75.00
Service Charge: 18% on the dinner, appetizers, and cash bar
Sales Tax: 8% on all costs, including service charge

If someone can show me how to figure out VC per unit and FC I can finish the rest of the project!
